The Stockton Art League invites Hatch Workshop to the Elsie May Goodwin Gallery for a FREE and Open to the Public Artists Demonstration and share about what the organization is doing in the Stockton Community.

HATCH Workshop is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers training and education in fine craft, design, and entrepreneurship for students and the Stockton community, while also providing affordable workspace and shop access for emerging artists and makers. HATCH aims to stimulate and inspire the city of Stockton by fostering a connection to the arts, social entrepreneurship, and local commerce.

Hatch Crowdfunding Campaign

Hatch Workshop aims to stimulate and inspire the City of Stockton by providing the community with experiential workforce development opportunities that ultimately foster a connection between art, local culture, entrepreneurship, and commerce. AND….WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are seeking additional financial support to facilitate a rapid relocation and expand our arts education programs. Donated funds will go towards improvements such as: running electricity to individual machines, building out individual shop space and private studio rentals, purchasing additional sets of power and hand tools, and acquiring laptops to enable classes in computer-aided design & digital fabrication. HATCH’s new location at 40 S Union Street offers 7,500 square feet of warehouse space to house its woodshop, metalshop, ceramics studio, digital fabrication lab, private studios, communal workspaces, public storefront, and gallery space. With 30,000 square feet in gated lot space, Hatch is able to provide onsite parking, outdoor workspaces, a community garden, recycled material storage, large community events, and more!
